About the Author Brand Workshop:

“This program has been instrumental in helping me with my website, social media, and overall author brand. I have really appreciated the pacing of the program, as it's given me time to think about what I want to include as well as given me time to explore each element of my author brand in depth. There are several items I wouldn't have considered without Stefanie's help.” -Rebecca Gage, author

“Stef’s author brand workshop offers strategies, resources, and tips for creating an engaging and distinctive public profile and connecting with readers. In each session, Stef gives an organized overview of the topic and its potential benefits and limitations, with examples and advice culled from her own extensive experience as both a writer and publisher. While any session, from websites to social media to newsletters, stands on its own as informative and empowering/ inspiring, the workshop as a whole gave me an understanding I’d totally lacked before, of the purpose and possibilities of building an author brand. If I’d known how much I needed to know, I might have given up before even trying, but Stef is not only a gifted teacher and born strategist, she’s insightful, funny, and ruthlessly encouraging. She helps her clients define their goals, fosters group interaction, and holds them gently accountable, so that by the end of the workshop you have not only made concrete steps toward building your brand, but become part of a small and supportive group of writers.” -Erin Baldwin, author

About an SCBWI Self-Publishing Webinar:

“Stef presented an engaging and practical webinar on the complex topic of self-publishing. Her experience helped our participants handle their questions and concerns. She was so informative we booked her for two more sessions.” -Elizabeth Pagel-Hogan, WPA SCBWI Regional Advisor

“Stefanie strikes the perfect mix of reading aloud, movement, interaction, and singing to engage and excite wiggly preschoolers about her books. She has a true talent for sharing stories with little ones, and I would highly recommend her Storytimes!”

"Stefanie hosted a Storytime at the Sandy, UT Library to do a reading of her book, The Remember Tree. Miss Stef held the attention of the large crowd with songs and even a controlled snowball fight. Stefanie was easy to work with, and we couldn’t wait to get her book in our library system for future holiday use."

-Melissa Jenkins, Youth Services Librarian, Sandy Library
